Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote our hospitality company across various digital platforms.
- Create visually appealing designs for marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, banners, and
advertisements.
- Design and maintain the company website, ensuring a seamless user experience and visually engaging content.
- Manage and grow our social media presence, including crafting compelling posts, curating relevant content, and engaging with the online community.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and generate leads.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing channels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, design, and social media.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, design, and social media management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proficient in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and social media management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to create engaging content.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and experience with website content management systems (CMS).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
