Job description
Are you an accomplished Architect with a knack for Revit, seeking to take your talents to an award-winning AJ100 architecture studio? If your aspirations include making a significant impact in the world of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, we might just have the perfect opportunity for you.
Our client, established in 2003, has rapidly emerged as a leading architectural studio, with main offices in London and Eastern Europe. They've earned their accolades through a wide range of projects, from affordable to luxury residential spaces, hotels, offices, and retail schemes. Their talented team possesses the skills needed to execute mixed-use, master planning, and regeneration projects to an exceptional standard.
Currently, this London-based team is eager to welcome a Revit proficient Architect who brings at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in design and technical delivery. Your portfolio should showcase involvement with residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects from conception to completion.
As the ideal candidate, you'll be a fully qualified Architect with a solid grasp of UK construction processes, procedures, and regulations. You should have 2-3 years of post-Part 3 UK professional work experience, and be adept at managing complex Revit models, coordinating with other consultants in a 3D environment, and navigating the intricacies of large residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. If you also have knowledge of NBS Chorus, that’s definitely a bonus.
Not only will you be working with cutting-edge tools, but you'll also be part of a team that places collaboration, innovation, knowledge sharing, and mutual support at the heart of what they do. You'll need excellent written and verbal communication skills, proven technical delivery expertise, and the ability to lead and work with people.
But what's in it for you, you ask? Well, besides the opportunity to make your mark in a prestigious architectural studio, you can look forward to a competitive benefits package, including subsidised gym membership, an employee assistance programme, and a staff bonus scheme. They even organise an annual trip away – talk about work-life balance!
So, if you’re ready to push the boundaries of architectural design and make your mark within an esteemed company, don’t hesitate.
