Your mission
Melotech is on a mission to revolutionize the entertainment industry, using generative AI models to create music and videos at scale. We are still in stealth, but our Founder is an experienced Entrepreneur and Investor. Our funding comes from leading VCs and Angels, including Cherry Ventures and SpeedInvest.
Be one of our very first commercial hires and form part of our founding team!
Essentially be an extension of the CEO
Have an outsized impact on shaping the company trajectory from day one
Manage the day-to-day operations, ranging from strategic product and sales projects to finance and hiring
Help translate strategy into execution. Guide the goal-setting process and drive key KPIs across the business cross-functionally
Your profile
1+ years' experience in fast-paced working environments incl. but not limited to High-Growth Start-ups, Tier 1 Strategy Consulting, Venture Capital
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Strong strategic planning and operational management skills, with a proven track record of delivering results
You are proactive and get things done
