The Role We are looking to hire a passionate, personable, and community-conscious individual to become our new Foodbank Adviser working from the Norwich Foodbanks. As an NCA Foodbank Adviser, you will be tackling underlying causes of poverty and hardship by providing accredited advice and support on a range of issues to both foodbank users and volunteers.
Your intensive support will make a resounding difference in the lives of people accessing food banks and, as a result, the community as a whole. You will be assisting with the upskilling of Kings Lynn foodbank volunteers by helping them better identify issues, provide appropriate advice, and enable foodbank users to develop resilience and self-confidence in their lives. The scope of your role will also allow you to help guide the project into the future.
