The Role

Reorg is currently looking for a Junior Data Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. This person will have the opportunity to deliver on a key product within the data team. They will be responsible for owning key processes and will work with the data team and external providers to add value to our organization by helping bring scale, improve efficiencies and reduce costs.
The successful candidate for this position will be an excellent organizer and communicator and able to collaborate with a variety of individuals. They will work within the data team and will be responsible for staying on top of the latest announcements of over 1000 companies across the world, staying on top of a calendar of key events and working with external providers to deliver transcripts of these key events to our clients.

Responsibilities

    • Execution and day-to-day running of a key Reorg product - a transcription service for financial earnings calls
    • Prioritising and communicating Reorg’s short-term and long-term requirements with external providers, ensuring all transcripts meet quality standards and deadlines
    • Managing a high influx of calls & data during earnings periods throughout the year
    • Contributing to the transcript team’s core workload, dialing into some earnings’ calls yourself
    • Producing progress reports on a periodic basis and use these to evolve current processes, training resources and tools
    • Support, ideation and ownership of future projects as we continue to grow & scale (e.g. data quality auditing & reporting, tracking client usage of products via PowerBI and Heap, back-end platform management, process improvements)

Requirements

    • A self starter who is diligent, organized, and detail-oriented
    • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or related field
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Interest in finance and SaaS
    • Working experience or internship in finance or technology field (desired)
