We currently have a very exciting opportunity for energetic, friendly and hard working individuals to join our team as a Waiter/Waitress at The Cromwell Hotel. We are looking for a Waiter/Waitress to share our passion of great food, drink and great customer service!
The role of Waiter/Waitress is fast paced and varied so we require someone who is highly adaptable and will remain calm in a demanding environment. We require someone who is flexible with hours, is available to work weekends and enjoys a very diverse role. It is a very friendly and sociable environment and a very enjoyable role if you are someone who finds pride in creating a great experience for people!
We have opportunities for a new team member to work in Brasserie with a contract of minimum 30 hours a week. The brasserie has recently been refurbished and has an established and busy trade.
This role demands a high level of customer service and a confident individual to build rapport with our guests. We strive to create a pleasant and relaxing environment for our guests both inside our Restaurant and throughout the hotel.
This role entails.
· Learning about our products and becoming a confident order taker
· Preparing hot and cold drinks/bar service
· Serving food and drinks to table, clearing tables
· Strong communication to kitchen and various teams.
· General care for Food and Beverage storage areas
· Strong knowledge of Food and Drink
