Courtyard by Marriott, London Heathrow Managed by Legacy Hotels and Resorts has 244 bedrooms, 10 meeting and events spaces, & 3 bars/restaurants.
We are excited that due to expansion of our food and beverage offering, we are recruiting for three exemplary and passionate supervisors to work in conjunction with the wider Food and Beverage management team. You will lead and coordinate the restaurant service, train, and motivate team members and offer excellent customer service to all of our guests.
As F&B supervisor, you could be placed in any one of our three restaurants including our brand-new PKS restaurant and bar, complete with a rooftop terrace dining which offers views over London’s Heathrow Airport runway.
To be considered for the role you should have the following attributes:
- Experience of leading the dinner service and supervising small to teams to be best
- Knowledge of restaurant H&S laws & food allergens
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Passionate about the customer journey, ensuring every customer leaves happy
- Willingness to motivate and develop restaurant and bar team.
- Presentable and polished image
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts including late nights, evenings and weekends.
