We are looking for Engineering Graduates looking to join our Graduate Development Programme to kick start their career within our Energy Business.
Our award-winning two-year development programme will include varied rotations across different areas and is designed to help you accelerate your future career path as an Engineer within our Energy Team.

Our Programme
Bouygues Energies & Services offer a structured engineering graduate scheme where you will benefit from rotating across different projects and areas. The rotational placements enable our graduates to develop their skills and to experience different areas of our company, before deciding on their chosen specialism.
Our engineering graduates work with high profile clients and customers across the public and private sector and work on some of the most innovative projects. You will develop a variety of technical and soft skills such as people and project management skills to fast track your development.
We have a great opportunity for graduate engineers to rotate across different areas within our highly successful Energy business. Our Energy team work to increase customers’ efficiency, reducing their carbon footprint and creating cost savings through specialist performance contracts. The team create bespoke solutions for our clients, constructing large scale solar PV farms and other low-carbon energy solutions. You will spend 6-12 months on one of our sites, such as on a solar farm or school. You will also spend time in one or more of our other teams and could get exposure to a variety of areas such as design engineering, procurement, commercial or project management.
The graduate programme duration is 24 months and engineering graduates complete 2-4 placements across different project sites and departments. Candidates must be prepared to be geographically flexible as each placement may require site travel to different Nationwide locations based on the assigned contract, with major hubs in London, Cambridge, Bristol, Oxford, the Northwest, Surrey, and Kent.
About you
- A 2:1 degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering
- A genuine interest in the Energy sector

- £28,000 annual starting salary reviewed on a 6-month basis
- £2,000 joining bonus (dependent on achieving a 2:1 degree)
