About You
We are seeking for someone who is solution focused, attentive to detail, eager to learn, and has a passion for providing excellent customer service. As a team player with effective communication, you can multitask alongside a diverse workforce under high pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Nature of Role
including but not limited to
- Answer phone calls for takeaways and reservation
- Notify customers of their order status
- Handle customer complaints
- Show customers to their table
- Take food and drink orders
- Fulfil drink orders
- Serve plates and dishes
- Wash dishes and glasses
- Replenish cutlery
- Table setting
- Ad hoc admin/cleaning (usually to kill time on a quiet shift)
- Closing duties: hoover, mop, clean menus, top up drinks
- Optimise order assignments
Training
- You will be given full training so don’t worry if you do not have any work experience.
- Initially you will receive training during the weekdays, but the goal is for you to be confident enough to handle our busiest nights
This role is for you if you
- are flexible - work shifts are on a rota basis
- have strong work ethics.
Shifts
- Shift starts between 5pm-7pm for a minimum of 3 hours.
- Your shift could end around midnight on our busiest nights - usually on Fridays and Saturdays or when we have big parties
- Your first shift will start at 4pm so we can provide training when it is quiet.

The pay is minimum wage.
