Buffet Service:
- Have a knowledge of food and any dietary or religious restrictions, including any accompaniments.
- Understand and be aware of rotation and replenishment of buffet.
- Able to serve all foodstuffs correctly.
Plated Service:
- Have a knowledge of food and any dietary or religious restrictions, including any accompaniments.
- Understand the principles of team service.
- Ability to carry plates correctly and be aware of timings and placement of plates at table.
Canapé/ Bowl Service:
- Have a knowledge of food and any dietary or religious restrictions,
including any accompaniments.
- Understand how to carry napkins properly.
Understand how to approach guests and make an offering.
Clearing:
- Understand when to clear from the guest.
- Understand how to clear plates and cutlery correctly.
- Understand how to clear glasses and beverage crockery.
Salary: From £11.00 per hour
