We have a fantastic opportunity for a Food and Beverage assistant to work in our dynamic team at The Belfry, England’s leading Hotel and Resort. We have 320 bedrooms, 2 rosette standard dining, five food and beverage outlets, fantastic leisure facilities including our 20 treatment rooms & pool and of course, what we are famous for…golf. We have had a really exciting year so far at The Belfry, starting with hosting The British Masters in June 2023, and continuing with the launch of new training and development opportunities and incentives.
The Belfry Meetings and Events:
At The Belfry we have beautiful event spaces. Our comprehensive and stylish meeting facilities comprise of 24 conference and banqueting rooms and can cater for a variety of events from board meetings to a full-scale conference or a product launch,. The resort also caters for more leisure based events such as weddings, christenings and birthday celebrations.
Salary
The on-target earning potential for this role is £10.98 - £11.22 hourly rate, compromising of a base hourly rate of £10.18 - £10.42 plus a qualified estimate of £0.80 gratuities per hour
About the role
As a food and beverage assistant, your duties include all those of a waiter or bartender:
- To welcome all guests a polite and friendly manner
- To deliver a great experience from beginning to end
- To confidently talk about our drinks menus, offer upsells and enthusiastically
- Cleaning and good hygiene practices are a large part of this role
- To work across any of the outlets that are in need of assistance to ensure the smooth running of the resort as a whole.
