About the Role:
Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: Various schools across Cambridgeshire
Contract Type: Full-time or Part-time options available

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide valuable classroom support to teachers and students, fostering a positive learning environment
- Assist with planning and delivering engaging lessons, tailored to the specific needs of students
- Support students with their academic, social, and emotional development
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create inclusive and effective learning experiences
- Contribute to the overall well-being and progress of students
Requirements:
- Relevant experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally within a school setting
- Passion for education and a desire to make a difference in students' lives
- Flexibility to work across different year groups and adapt to varying classroom environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues, students, and parents
- Understanding of different learning needs and the ability to provide appropriate support

Salary: £70.00-£110.00 per day
