Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide valuable classroom support to teachers and students, fostering a positive learning environment
  • Assist with planning and delivering engaging lessons, tailored to the specific needs of students
  • Support students with their academic, social, and emotional development
  • Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create inclusive and effective learning experiences
  • Contribute to the overall well-being and progress of students

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally within a school setting
  • Passion for education and a desire to make a difference in students' lives
  • Flexibility to work across different year groups and adapt to varying classroom environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues, students, and parents
  • Understanding of different learning needs and the ability to provide appropriate support

Salary: £70.00-£110.00 per day

  • Cambridge: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
