CONTRACT INFORMATION
WORKING WITH US HAS ITS REWARDS
Our co-workers bring unique ideas and talent to work every day, and we offer a variety of benefits that suit their and their family's everyday needs.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
You will contribute to a passionate, friendly and driven team effort to deliver a better everyday life for the many. This is a fast-paced role that involves multi-tasking, so you'll bring a 'can do' mindset, the drive to work collaboratively, and a passion for creating an inviting place for customers.
While prior experience working in hospitality and customer service is desirable, at IKEA we offer full training for this role. So, if you are driven and motivated, we want to hear from you!
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
Our Food & Beverage Assistants work in a safety-first, fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and efficient multi-tasking. You will create a safe, delicious, sustainable, and affordable food experience for customers and co-workers.
FRONT OF HOUSE ASSISTANTS
You will attend to our customers, ensuring they receive a great customer experience. You will be passionate about our IKEA Food range, and be happy to share this information and assist our customers with any queries. You will understand the importance of food safety, and work in a professional and diligent manner.
KITCHEN PRODUCTION ASSISTANTS
You will prepare and serve the many customers from breakfast time through to an evening meal. This role will involve the production of large volumes of quality cold and hot foods for our many customers, and at times serving customers at our hot food counter. This is a physically demanding but rewarding job.
WE CARE FOR THE PEOPLE
It takes the diversity of thought, background, and culture to make great ideas a reality. We welcome candidates from all walks of life to join us, where we feel valued for our uniqueness and recognised for our diverse talents.
RECRUITMENT PROCESS INFORMATION
If you have any special requirements during the interview process, please let us know as soon as possible.
First step: Please attach an updated CV with your application so we can get to know you better.
Second step: If successful, you will be invited to an interview with one of our hiring managers.
Come see things a little differently with us and be part of creating a better everyday life for the many.
