Job Description
The successful Executive Assistant will be responsible for the following:
- Diary management
- Inbox management
- Travel and hotel arrangements
- Event management
- Minute taking
- Raising Purchase orders and company expenses
- Scheduling meetings
- Performing administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and database management
The Successful Applicant
The successful Executive Assistant will be responsible for the following:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to organise and coordinate multiple projects at once
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Advanced level PowerPoint skills
- Flexible team player
- Experience of coordinating on and off-site events and meetings
- Experience of arranging travel for managers
- Demonstrates a can-do attitude and a willingness to tackle significant challenges
- Quickly analyses complex problems to find actionable, pragmatic solutions Great attention to detail (especially when checking documents & diaries)
- Ability to manage and prioritise several competing requests at a time
