Manufacturing Operative (Filling Team) - Derby
We are looking for a Manufacturing Operative to contribute towards Quadralene’s strategic vision. You will have the opportunity to make a difference by working as part of our Manufacturing team, responsible for the filling of our liquid products. Record accurately manufactured volumes from each batch to maintain accurate inventory records. You will collaborate with colleagues, to share, build together and meet our goals. As the Manufacturing Operative, you will be directly responsible for ensuring that all products are manufactured to specification and that health and safety and quality standards are maintained to the highest standards.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
- To use semi-automatic filling machines to fill liquids into a range of container sizes
- To manually cap products and apply labels according to instructions.
- Using manual and mechanical aids to move product around manufacturing environment.
- Use of Internal Manufacturing IT program to prioritise and update progress of work
- To follow instructions to pack products according to instructions and customer requirements.
- General housekeeping duties of own work area.
