Job description
Our team is looking for a friendly florist to support us on a part-time basis in our Glasgow Central Station shop.
The position is for 1 to 2 days per week, and the hours are 8.30am to 7.30pm (1hr break). Sunday shifts are 7 hours, 10am to 6pm (1hr break) There is an option to pick up extra shifts in order to cover staff sickness and holidays.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year's experience required. Additional onsite training can be provided for beginners
- Enthusiastic
- Willing to work both independently and as part of a team
- You will be required to work some weekends
Tasks include:
- Conditioning of flowers
- Advising customers instore, over the phone and via email
- Daily upkeep of shop
- Stock rotation
- Dealing with daily paperwork such as EOD reports
- Creating beautiful bouquets
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 7 - 16 per week
Salary: £10.50 per hour
