Key Responsibilities As a Fleet Sales Coordinator, you will provide support to National Fleet Account Managers throughout all aspects of their role from order to delivery of the trucks. You will work to minimise direct costs and reduce the total vehicle pipeline as well as accurate forecasting whilst at all times ensuring the highest standards of service. The priority is to ensure delivery to the customer is as promised by timely coordination of body builder, 3rd party suppliers, fitments & PDI. Supporting Key Account Managers at customer meetings, and organising regular customer progress calls. Coordination of all pricing input and output for National Fleet, ensuring all internal & external fitment costs are the best value to Volvo and Customer. Place orders with the factory, monitor factory availability, communicate/develop relationships with dealers and create a work-in-progress schedule. Raise all PO's relating to orders, liaise and book 3rd party suppliers, and co-ordinate timings to ensure the Dealer Fit process is followed. Invoicing, requesting remittance, ensuring payments are made/received. Register and tax vehicles correctly Accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasting and inventory management. Support the Management of tender creation, submission and sign-off process. Customer Order Pack creation, submission and confirmation including ensuring all internal and external fitment costs are the best value to Volvo and Customer. Who Are You….
