OPERATIONS AGENT (PARCEL ADMINISTRATIONS)

FULL TIME -

AVTAV are proud to be working in cooperation with DHL a global logistics company proving courier, package delivery and express mail services

• Role – Operations Agent
• Location – Oxford
• Shifts – Mon - Fri
• Hours – 10.30-19.30
• Pay between 08.00am -19.00pm: £11.78 per hour
• Pay between 19.00pm – 08.00am: £14.28 per hour
• Pay Saturdays: Additional £1 per hour
• Pay Sundays: Additional £2 per hour
• Pay OT: £17.67

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Capturing location and data information of shipments
• Invoice checks
• General administrative support including reception and warehouse
• Monitoring of data and data entry
• Handling internal and external customer queries delivering excellent customer service

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

• Excellent customer service skills and professional attitude
• Enthusiastic team player with the ability to work independently
• Administration skills and computer literate essential
• Prior experience would be advantageous, but not essential as full training is available

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abingdon: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

• Logistics: 1 year (preferred)
