THE OPPORTUNITY

Working in the Finance part of the business this is a key role in administering the day-to-day operation of Fleetco, Zenobe’s innovative electric-transportation-as-a-service (ETaaS) contract structure that is pioneering green transport across the UK.It will involve significant interaction internally within Zenobe as well as with our suppliers and customers .

The role holder will be encouraged to help optimise business processes and implement systems to enhance efficiencies within Zenobe.

A TASTE OF THE DAY TO DAY

  • Act as the key touchpoint between Zenobe and our customers/suppliers to manage Zenobe’s fleet of EVs
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to work with them to process payments smoothly.
  • Work dynamically within Zenobe’s business to pinpoint and solve problems quickly
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicles ensuring compliance with statutory documents and regulations
  • Update and maintain fleet vehicle files, fleet lists, databases and paperwork as required
  • Recording vehicle accidents, repairs, defects and spare parts orders as required.
  • Inputting and maintaining all fleet insurance data accurately on the company database, ensuring clear audit trails are maintained for all the information flows.

Support both internal and external audits to ensure we have governance and benchmarking processes in place

  • 1-2 years’ experience working in asset management or in an asset heavy business
  • Experience working with external clients and suppliers
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage expectations with different stakeholders.
  • Ability to read through contracts and quickly pick out key information
  • Strong client-facing skills and ability to engage with multiple different parties each of which have different priorities, finding a satisfactory resolution for all
