- £22,600 basic salary + Attendance Bonus + Upselling Bonus
- Attendance bonus: £1200 paid £300 each quarter
- Up-selling bonus: Average £200 per month

INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE CALLS
We are currently recruiting for a global organisation based in Warrington. They are looking to build a new team within their specialist customer service department, you will be joining a fast-paced and customer focused environment.
The skills we are looking for are:
- Customer Service Experience
The role offers a full 12 week training programme which is fully paid. This makes sure that by the end you are comfortable with all aspects of the role and are happy to work more independently with the support for your team leader and floor walkers.
Role:
- Answering calls from existing customers
- Providing support and guidance
- Dealing with any billing enquiries
- Working towards KPI's
- Dealing with complaints/ Objection Handling
- Offering additional products and services
- Taking payments/ processing direct debit payments
