URGENT ROLE - I'm working with a new client who are on the search for a First/Second Line Tech Support Engineer to help with remote tech issues.
Role Requirements:
- Hands on experience in Windows server and desktop operating systems including the latest Microsoft stack, Office 365 and Active Directory
- Microsoft 365 Apps
- A relevant qualification in IT or similar is desirable but not essential
- Proven experience in installing,configuring and troubleshooting virtualised environments.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
