Position: Warehouse FLM
Location: Fradley (WS13 8SU)
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 5pm to 2am (To be discussed at interview*)

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Communicate out timely reports of KPI's reporting completing handover reports at the end of each shift
- Effective leadership and management of the operational and administration teams - Cost saving initiatives
- Team building and morale management - deploying active leadership and EOS initiatives
- Plan resource to complete all of the shifts work handing over agreed work to the following shift
- Use KPI and data to measure and drive operational performance on a daily,weekly, monthly and annual basis
- Train and develop team members through the effective use of personal development plans, appraisals, 1-1's and succesion planning

- FLM Experience is desirable, however open to Team Leaders & Performance Coaches looking for a step up in responsibility.
- IT Literate, with Microsoft Office Packages
