Position: First Line Manager
Location: Stoke On Trent
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift Times: 0500 - 1400 and 1300 - 2200, Rotating.
Shift pattern: Any 5 Shifts out of 7.
Closing Date: 24th January 2023

- Leading a Team of up to 80 Colleagues
- Working across different Departments
- Communicating with each Team on a Regular Basis
- Dealing with any Escalations
- Working with KPI's
- Planning and Managing Staffing Levels

- Experience Leading a Team
