About the Role:
We’re looking for a passionate and dynamic Customer Service Advisor to join our close-knit Customer Success Team and help us continue our impressive growth by delivering an astonishing customer experience.
Dealing with inbound inquiries from a variety of sources, our Customer Service Advisors use their enthusiasm and expertise to build strong relationships with our customers, ensuring that they are happy and remain loyal.

Responsibilities:
- Dealing with all inbound enquiries (live chat, calls, emails via Zendesk)
- Building rapport with customers
- Providing expert-level advice at all times
- Taking ownership of issues and challenges that arise

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in a similar role and have:
- An enthusiastic approach
- Fantastic communication skills
- The ability to stay calm under pressure
- A desire to be efficient and resolve issues quickly and thoroughly
- A curiosity to explore our customers’ needs and understand how our products could help
It would be great if the successful candidate had experience in the following areas:
- Knowledge of Zendesk or other client support systems would be useful
- Experience in the print industry would be advantageous
This role is a permanent, full time role, based in our Dundee office. In this role, you will work 40 hours a week, in a range of shift patterns between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
