Financial Services Administrator, Belfast

A look into the role
As a Financial Services Administrator within our team, you will:
- Complete tasks as assigned as per the set quality and performance standards, following established procedures for each process, including adhering to KPIs, compliance and risk requirements
- Demonstrate commitment to delivering excellent standards of administration services
- Work both independently and as part of a team to ensure a consistent and timely output
- Deliver to client expectations and departmental SLAs
- Take responsibility for personal goals & targets
Knowing you’re right for us
Joining us as a Financial Services Administrator, the minimum criteria you’ll need is
- 5 GCSE’s A - C including Maths and English or equivalent
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience within a similar business process/data processing role, with proven ability to meet quantitative and qualitative targets in a professional environment.
It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way.
- Experience of working with financial statements
- Extensive experience of using audit software, Caseware, and Microsoft packages
