Job description
- Develop, modify and execute on financial projections both at the multi-year and monthly forecasts that the company can align to and use as a guidepost for performance.
- Develop methodology to measure, report and analyze results across products, channel, platform and other performance segments.
- Establish objectives for product line growth on a multi-year perspective and develop work plans for cross-functional teams to achieve set targets. Implement easy to read, engaging reports that give senior management and the EC clear perspectives on the key metrics and their performance.
- Establish operational objectives and work plans for product management, sales, and planning with insights and tools that lead to actions that maximize overall revenue performance.
- Establish competitor intelligence to understand all outside factors such as economic, marketing, sales, and pricing strategies that may drive a need to influence the revenue management system forecast.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and present findings to senior leadership.
- Perform essential leadership responsibilities including:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field required
MBA preferred - CPA a plus
- 6+ years of Financial Analyst experience
- Proven leadership and project management skills – ability to lead and influence the outcomes of others both directly and indirectly
- Proven track record of superior financial modeling and analysis
- Strong Excel skills including experience analyzing large quantities of data, creating complex formulas, pivots and developing models
- Exceptional quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to draw insights and recommendations from analysis and present proposals to internal stakeholders
- Able to work quickly, able to experiment and amend approach based on data analysis and results
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI is a plus
