• To use the electronic systems as directed and correctly.

• To attend and engage in team meetings, supervision sessions, reflective practice sessions and other forms of professional development as directed by your line manager and the Senior Management Team.
• To review and read Luna Care's policies and procedures regularly via our electronic system.

• Currently reside in the UK and have available the right to work documents.
• Have a full and valid driving license and access to a vehicle - including business insurance on their policy.
• Have access to a mobile device with internet access to use the mobile application.
• Be punctual.

• Starting hourly rate - £13.64 per hour
• Shadowing (training) - You will spend time with experienced staff members to learn whilst on the job which is paid.
• Paid Mileage – From your first visit to your last visit you will be paid mileage at £0.30 per mile.
• Paid Travelling Time
• Paid Overtime above your contractual hours so that you are paid for the hours worked.
• Bank Holiday Pay – Increased rates of pay for bank holiday working. (Between £17.05 - £23.87)

We are a domiciliary care provider that supports individuals to remain in their own homes with tailored packages of care based on their individual needs, choices and preferences. It is often found that individuals have comorbidities and may have a multiple diagnosis of physical and mental health conditions which require a tailored package of care and support to meet their needs. We support adults (18+) who have been diagnosed with a range of conditions: - Such as those with neurological conditions such as dementia, Parkinson's, FND, and other conditions. - Physical health needs such as COPD, asthma, strokes and TIA's, frailty and restricted mobility. - Mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder. - Additional learning needs such as autism, or a profound and multiple learning disability. Although we predominantly support individuals in their own home, we also support individuals to engage in their local community on a regular basis through 'community access hours' which are accompanied by a trained staff member. As an organisation we have always put the individuals we support at the centre of everything we do and have continued to grow as a team in a way that has maintained our vision, values and ethos. In 2021 we were nominated for an award for 'Outstanding Leadership and Management' with Hertfordshire Care Providers Association (HCPA) and we are a finalist for the award due to our commitment to what we do. We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and were inspected in 2021 and received the rating of 'Good' across all five domains and we are working to achieve an outstanding rating.
