Position: Hotel Receptionist
Location: Pimlico/Victoria
Part-time, Permanent
£11.00 per hour

We are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team.

You will be responsible for promoting a professional image to guests and offering assistance with a prompt and helpful attitude.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Checking guests in and out of the Hotel
• Taking the reservations and payments
• Handling guests' issues professionally
• Communicating with the hotel manager to ensure the best service is provided to our guests
• Communicating with other staff

About you:

• You will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service
• You will show initiative and be a strong team player
• You will also demonstrate good timekeeping
• You will have high standards of appearance.
• You have a professional phone manner
• You have good written and verbal English
• Previous experience as a hotel receptionist or a degree in Tourism is an advantage, but not essential
