Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist, Senior is responsible for full-cycle recruitment. They will lead One10 recruiting efforts and sourcing strategies with a focus on the Travel & Events space, while also playing a hands-on roll in day-to-day recruiting operations. This role partners with Senior Leadership and EX (HR) Business Partners to meet staffing goals and objectives to support their overall business needs.
Scope of Work
- Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy that thoughtfully and effectively sources, evaluates, and selects highly qualified and diverse talent in achievement of annual goals
- Consult with and support hiring managers as a talent advisor: help to identify talent needs and continue to build out the professional recruitment hiring strategy
- Demonstrated commitment to being seen as a talent advisor on complex and challenging recruiting trends, searches, and methodologies by identifying and cultivating relationships with highly qualified industry talent
- Cultivate positive relationships, driving for results, with a customer centric focus on recruiting efforts, diversity initiatives, compensation, and status updates to all stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates with the objective of creating viable pipelines of talent for current and future openings
- Creates analytical and well-documented recruiting reports and dashboards using ADP Analytics
- Help define and reinforce a consistent recruiting process that results in a superior candidate and hiring manager experience
- Provide strategic talent acquisition support and counsel to business leaders exhibiting high business acumen, and provide expertise on workforce trends and talent acquisition best practices
- Review and screen resumes and track candidate activity to requisitions
- Interview qualified candidates and coordinate the interview process for hiring managers
- Generate and deliver offers to candidates
- Adhere to background check policies and procedures
- Develop, communicate, and maintain documentation for recruiting and hiring processes for managers and supervisors
- Responsible for the full utilization and maintenance of recruiting information systems including posting open positions and maintain and track requisition status and candidate flow
- Create and utilize staffing reports and recruitment metrics on an on-going basis to identify trends and make recommendations for overall process improvements
- Work on additional cross-functional projects as part of the long-term strategy of building a best-in-class talent acquisition organization.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor's degree in business or HR related field
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment industry-related experience: Travel & events, Incentive & Recognition, Marketing Services. Additional plus to have experience recruiting for Digital (IT) and Product.
- Strong experience using social media for sourcing candidates
- ADP Workforce Now experience required
- Knowledge of HR Law as it relates to hiring practices
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong orientation to continuous improvement, process, and customer service
- Ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
- Strong candidate assessment skills
- Competency and practice in various interview techniques
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers by using a consultative approach
- Proficiency with MS products
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Attention to detail
