Job Title: Financial Analyst
Reports To: Finance Business Partner
Location: Hybrid (3 days in office, London or Nottingham)
Contract Type: Full Time Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
We are looking for a focussed Financial Analyst to join the INKEY family working as part of a small commercial team within the finance function.
Primary Purpose: Working with the Finance Business Partner to assist with the day to day running of a fast-paced business. Cross-functional collaboration across the business is key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation of budgets, forecasts and scenarios
- Assisting with the completion of monthly board packs and investigating anomalies.
- Assisting with the data collection and analysis required to evaluate business cases.
- Helping identify and investigate opportunities to improve financial outcomes of the business
- Development of reports to support business functions and effective decision making.
- Purchase order support for business users (ensuring accuracy and completeness).
- Ad-hoc analytical support across the business.
Skills / Behaviours:
- Problem-solving skills
- Good with numbers and comfortable with large datasets
- An eagerness to improve commercial insight
- Strong Excel knowledge (and some knowledge of PowerBI would be useful)
- Approachable and ability to build key relationships.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Part qualified CIMA or ACCA – preferably having completed the 3rd level of either.
- Experience operating in a high paced commercial environment

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
