Job description
The Cake House is a local family run business, situated in the Purbeck countryside. It is a lovely place to work, with farm animals and delicious cakes. The Cake House is seasonal running April - November and all shifts are typically 09:00-16:00 no evening work required.
Depending on the applicant hours will be flexible and agreed upon employment. Weekday and/or weekend shifts are available. Additional hours are available during busier periods such as Spring/Summer if the applicant would like more hours. We are also looking for some pot washers that would suit someone as a first job.
Experience in hospitality or customer service is a bonus but not necessary as training will be given. Must be able to drive/have reliable transport to East Creech (just outside of Wareham).
The responsibilities in this job include: customer service, cash handling, making barista style drinks, cleaning, helping pot wash, serving food, clearing tables.
