Responsibilities of the Finance Analyst will include:
Product cost estimating, tracking, variance analysis including new product introduction process
Inventory reconciliation, reporting and analysis, including provisioning and annual stock take
Collaborate and build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to develop financial models and evaluate investment proposals
Reviewing and challenging overhead cost performance
Investment analysis for new products and significant capital projects
Calculation of internal recovery rates and cost allocations
Support the month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required
The successful Finance Analyst will require the following skills and experience:
A bachelor’s degree or higher qualification
Proven experience in a management/cost accounting role
Experience of working in a manufacturing organisation would be ideal
Strong data analysis and presentation skills
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
