Role Purpose

As a Farmhouse FOH Team Member your role is delight our customers every time, be the face of the business, make every guest visit time well spent, to offer up great service and the brand promise, to create sales opportunities and to deliver food and drink with quality and passion.

You will need to thrive in a busy environment and excel in working as part of a large team.

Key Accountability

• Take food and drinks orders and deliver these to our customers with fantastic customer service.

• Set and clear tables.
• Carry our open and close down procedures.
• Ensure all customer expectations are being delivered.
• Get to know our customers and seek feedback.
• Be part of a fun, friendly and efficient team.
• Love your job - demonstrate a positive attitude all day every day.
• Demonstrate great communication with all the team and develop a positive working relationship.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and evenings.
• Carry out any reasonable requests made by management.
• Drive sales by up-selling.
• Maintain a spotlessly clean business.
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, dress and appearance.
• Follow all company procedures and deliver to a high standard.
• Complete compulsory training and development as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-35 per week

Salary: Up to £9.50 per hour
