Your role:
They are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join their finance team. As a Finance Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes within the company. Your responsibilities will include managing purchase orders, timesheets, contracting orders, and issuing invoices.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Raise and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage and reconcile timesheets, ensuring accurate recording of employee hours and expenses.
- Process contracting orders, verifying contractual requirements and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Issue accurate and timely invoices to clients, ensuring adherence to contractual terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as project managers and procurement teams, to gather necessary information and resolve any finance-related queries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes, including reconciliations and reporting.
- Previous experience in a finance administration role, preferably within a similar industry.
- Proficiency in using financial management software, such as Business Central or Nav, would be highly beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent numerical and data entry skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with internal stakeholders.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and procedures would be advantageous.
