In response to the housing and affordability crisis, we will build 100,000 new homes over ten years. Of these, 60,000 homes will be built or funded by L&Q, whilst a further 40,000 will come through partnerships. Crucially, at least 50% of these new homes will be genuinely affordable, with a target of 60% in London.

Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Sidcup, Stratford or Sale
Persona: Agile
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum depending on experience

- Developing the Major Works investment plan of up to £200m per annum in what will be the largest capital investment programme in the sector
- Championing new ways of working including the use of technology e.g. Power BI to improve the way we develop our programmes
- Working with stakeholders across the business to deliver the largest positive impact to our residents including plans for Net Zero energy retrofit measures
- Support the communication of those plans to internal and external stakeholders
- Detailed knowledge of housing, business planning and asset management systems such as Keystone, Pimms, QL or other stock condition \ asset data systems
- Knowledge of the housing sectors regulatory and statutory requirements
- Highly analytical and able to use and build multiple, complex data sources inc. SQL, Excel to draw effective conclusions
- Commitment to providing high levels of customer service
- Experience in data administration, management and change control processes
- Experience of using Power BI – Desirable
