About the role

- Location – Gibraltar
Responsibilities:
- Manage the finance teams, including accounting, FP&A, accounts receivable and payable;
- Supervise the month-end close consolidation process;
- Oversee the monthly internal and external reporting processes;
- Manage the outsourced service provider relationships, setting and reviewing SLAs, KPIs and produce monthly reports measuring performance. Work with the outsourced providers to ensure a consistent high level of service is provided to us;
- Manage the year-end and interim financial statements and audit files for all group companies and ensure that all audits are completed in a timely manner;
- Identify and implement improvements to processes and our Netsuite ERP System;
- Review the various reconciliations performed by the finance team including banks and all other third-party reconciliations;
- Manage the Group’s tax reporting and filing requirements; including corporation tax, POCT and VAT;
- Take over the Group’s external financial reporting requirements to regulators, banks and others;
- Actively own and manage the transfer pricing process and intercompany invoicing between group companies, including the allocation of shared resources;
Requirements:
Excellent people management skills, must have experience managing managers and teams internationally;- Qualified accountant with an up to date knowledge of IFRS / UKGAAP and knowledge of statutory reporting processes;
- Ability to run a month-end close process and produce timely accurate consolidated reporting;
- Strong month-end consolidation accounting skills and experience in preparing group accounts and disclosures under IRFS / UK GAAP;
- Strong communicator at all levels and across a management team with varying financial management skills;
- Previous experience within the online gaming or SAAS software industries is highly desirable.
