The Role
We are on the hunt for an exceptional Chief of Staff to provide strategic counsel and support to the CEO of Robin AI. You will serve as the CEO's right-hand advisor which will be based in either our London, UK or New York, USA headquarters. In this pivotal role, you will optimize leadership efficiency, drive key initiatives, and communicate priorities across the organization. The Chief of Staff will coordinate all workstreams related to Robin's performance and growth. This includes managing internal strategic projects across corporate development, marketing, and business development teams on the CEO's behalf. You will also effectively convey leadership priorities to staff and external partners. This is a career-defining opportunity to develop into a future executive leader. As Chief of Staff, you will shape the direction of Robin AI and fuel progress toward our goal of simplifying contracts through industry-leading technology. Responsibilities
Synthesize critical information to produce materials that educate and inform the leadership team and board of directors on key priorities and strategic initiatives.
Develop and improve operational systems across the organization to drive progress on the organisation's objectives.
Spearhead strategic projects that span across corporate development, marketing, business development, legal, and cross-functional teams.
Explore and implement process improvements including automation, internal communications, and cross-departmental collaboration to optimize the overall success of the organisation.
Serve as a trusted advisor and confidant to the CEO, building credibility with the executive team and leaders across the company to influence through leadership.
Represent the CEO's priorities and voice across the organization, accelerating buy-in and working with stakeholders at all levels.
Guide effective change management during organizational or business transformation to achieve the company's vision.
Convey the CEO's strategy and key messages to staff, partners, clients and other key constituents.
Develop into a future executive leader, gaining experience to have an enormous impact beyond this role.
Your Skills
We are seeking a strategic senior leader with 5-10 years of experience within a tech start-up, consulting or both.
5-10 years of leadership experience in corporate strategy, business operations, management consulting or venture capital.
A successful track record of developing trusting partnerships with C-level executives and guiding impactful change.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to define key performance indicators, assess new opportunities, and propose solutions.
Ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level, synthesizing insights to drive progress.
Comfort with ambiguity; ability to apply judgment in navigating complex challenges.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey priorities and recommendations to all levels of staff.
A self-motivated mindset with the enthusiasm to roll up your sleeves as needed to achieve the CEO's goal.
Proven ability to build buy-in and work collaboratively across departments and teams.
Project management expertise in coordinating strategic initiatives with cross-functional impact.
Metrics-driven and able to execute in-depth business analyses to shape key decisions and next steps.
Passion for innovation and catalyzing growth; interest in gaining experience as part of the leadership team.
