You will become a member of the Sales Finance team at Apple. With approximately 130 employees based across 4 locational hubs within EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa), we build value, collaborating with many teams to provide outstanding commercial and financial support. The purpose of this role is to provide first line business partnering to the Consumer Offers and Carrier Central Sales teams, to support high quality decision making with a view to improving performance and maximising return. You will also be key in developing and supervising the critical initiatives that will drive growth across EMEIA via affordability programmes as well as carrier actions.

Description
One of the key success factors to Apple’s continued sales growth is in making our products more affordable. Apple has enjoyed much success in developing this via trade in schemes, financing infrastructure, dedicated programmes and demand generation plays focused on affordability. We have helped to develop relationships between trade-in partners & financing institutions and our reseller community. The level of success has varied across EMEIA, and so there is still opportunity to take this area to the next level. Partnering with the consumer offers team, the local sales and finance teams as WW teams, this part of the role needs a self starter who can start conversations & help to develop the thinking as well as gather a clear view of what is happening where, and what is / is not proving successful. This will give a view as to what can be planned to be scaled and replicated. The second part of the role is to provide excellent finance business partnering support to the Carrier RTM teams, including local, central, sales and finance personnel. The scope of the role is broad and will include assessing investments into new POS fixture and staffing deployments, taking actions around poor performing investments, as well as new ideas around everything carrier related. Carrier sales development into Apple’s non-iPhone products will play a big part of the next big thing for Apple’s relationship with its carrier channel as will the further development of affordability options within the telco partners’ businesses.
Education & Experience
Degree level education and/or accountancy qualification preferred.
