About us:
We’re a dynamic maintenance engineering business working exclusively in the aerospace market for major airlines and manufacturers. We operate workshop and field-based engineers to provide maintenance and repairs to aircraft tooling and equipment across the UK and Europe. Our head office is based in Poole, Dorset and we have additional offices and workshops in London and Cardiff.
About the role:
We’re currently looking for a vibrant, driven and focused individual to join our sales team as an Account Manager. This is a key role within the team and will be focused on supporting our internal and external customers with all aspects of repairing customer’s equipment. You will work closely with our directors to ensure customers are visited, quoted and given excellent service. Focus on process and attention to detail will be a key driver to the success in this role.
Main duties include:
As the Account Manager you will find a variety of different tasks to complete daily. These will include, but are not limited to:
· Visiting and delivering great service to our customers
· Ensuring customers are quoted within our SLAs
· Covering our customer base across the south of the England and Wales, and occasionally the wider UK/Europe.
· Implementing sales plans

· Understanding of the aerospace industry/customers would be advantageous but not required
· Experienced with IT, demonstrating ability in MS Office - including Email, Outlook, Word and Excel
· Good at communicating with people at all levels
Additional Information:
· Travel between sites will be a regular requirement
· Full clean driving licence
· Must have right to work in the UK
· The role will call for working away from home and overnight stays
· Based in Dorset, Cardiff or London
· Must be able to gain an airport pass – therefore clean personal record and ability to show previous work/educational history up to 5 years prior with references.
