Purpose Of Position:Learn a leading ERP’s finance capability to be able to support customers on finance set-up and day-to-day transacting. Leading to a consulting position. Primary Responsibilities Key Functions Support
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
Analyse and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
- ERP Finance set-up and testing
- Testing new software releases
- Assisting customers with their ERP implementation Personal Development Work through the education courses to become certified in the software and keep up to date with new releases as they become available. GHA will support accreditation via AAT if required Required Skills
- Methodical approach – Being able to replicate a process and demonstrate as such is essential
- Self-Motivation – Ability to work without constant supervision Self Learning – Ability to utilise the vast array of education media
- Soft Skills – The ability to talk to customers over the phone and in person, explain principles and report back findings from testing
. Communication Skills – Good written, oral and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail – Attention to detail General – A desire to learn and prove yourself
- Boo keeping – Experienced in AR, AP and General ledger, preferably in a manufacturing industry. This position would suit an experienced Bookeeper. Salary £21,000 to £50,000 pro rata plus pension and 22 days holiday rising to 28 after tenure.
