Job description

Wise May are looking for a Finance Assistant to join a friendly company based in the City.

Duties to include:

Accounts receivable
  • Review and resolution of finance tickets (customer queries regarding payments, customer invoices, credit notes)
  • Review and approval of sales orders
  • Logging all customer communications
  • Maintenance of current customer bank details in finance system
  • Weekly review of various reports to
  • Monthly review of old unpaid debts


Customer Direct Debits
  • Create and amend Direct Debit instructions
  • Run weekly Direct Debit payment collection
  • Maintenance of all Direct Debit administrative tasks

Monday to Friday, hybrid working.
