Salary Range: £23,000 - £25,000 + Uncapped Commission (Up to 60% of boarded fees)

Responsibilities – 360 recruitment process
· Headhunt passive candidates - identify and screen potential candidates to understand their aspirations, accomplishments, and requirements
· Building and managing diverse talent pipelines
· Business development with new and existing global clients
· Pitch for retained business
· Present short-listed candidates and provide detailed profile summaries
· Negotiation and execute end to end recruitment process
· Contract and payment negotiations
· Offering regular market intelligence to senior stakeholders
Requirements – no prior experience needed
