Field Service Technician

Join our Field Service Technician
In this role you will be responsible for facilitating transactions, producing, assembling and delivering replacement/ repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order. All resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products. This Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering.
As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Working with customers and teams onsite to resolve technical problems, ensuring the equipment is fit for purpose
- Providing technical direction for site installation and maintenance, ensuring activities meet safety, compliance and quality targets
- Using software tools to retrieve documentation and provide technical information for customers

To be successful in this role you will:
- Demonstrate the ability to build trusted relationships with customers
- Be experienced in communicating technical challenges and procedures to knowledgeable customers
- Demonstrate your experience of working well in a high-pressure offshore environment
- Be PC literate and able to learn new technology and software quickly
- Have the ability to travel at short notice and work away from home
- Be fluent in oral and written English

- This role is working with our customer on-site in various locations across UK. When onsite, you will have the flexibility to work in line with customer working patterns. When projects are complete, we offer you the opportunity to take extended leave before you take on your next project.
