CMVM / MGPHS / USHER Institute.
Open Ended Contract - Permanent - Available from April 2023; Full Time - 35 Hours Per Week.
The Usher Institute within The University of Edinburgh is looking for an experienced Finance Assistant.
The Opportunity:
As an important member of the Institute’s finance team, the post holder will support the financial processing for the School’s operational budgets.

Your skills and attributes for success:
1. Vocational qualifications (N/SVQ 3, ONC or equivalent), plus good work experience in a relevant role.
2. Pro-active approach to seeking out information, accuracy and attention to detail
3. Ability to plan, prioritise, take initiative and find proactive solutions, contribute new ideas to projects, work unsupervised, under pressure and multitask effectively
4. A good working knowledge of the Microsoft package, particularly Excel
