Finance Assistant

Monday-Friday – Full time – Oxford Circus, London

£30,000 - £35,000 + bonus

About you:

You have previous knowledge of Microsoft Excel and practical accountancy skills gained through working in the industry and/or by practice.

We are an expanding hospitality business with 4 of the most recognise brands in London moving to 5 by the end of the year and with plans to grow organically year on year.

About the role:

This is an exciting role for a Finance Assistant to report directly and work side by side with the Head of Finance.

  • Review financial statements provided by external accounting company on a monthly basis and provide commentary of variances vs budget.
  • Managing relationship with external accountancy company
  • Analyse the cash levels and plan payments on a weekly basis
  • Contribute to the preparation of flash reports, ensuring accuracy and investigating variances.
  • Review sites payroll rotas on a weekly basis and sign off the monthly payroll for all sites.

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
