Role – Bar Manager
Annual Salary - £28,599 + bonus
Hours – 45 per week
We are looking for an existing Bar Manager or a Bar Supervisor wanting to progress, to join the fast-paced buzz of Junkyard Golf Club! Our ideal candidate will have plenty of passion, experience leading a team and excellent time management skills. Full training will be provided as well as fantastic opportunities for learning and development.
Bar Manager Responsibilities
Maintain ongoing recruitment & training of bar staff and retaining top talent
- Ensuring a unique and exceptional guest experience is provided
- Complete weekly stock audits and stock reports in line with the company’s Gross Profit (GP) margins
- Carry out weekly wet stock and consumable orders
- Developing new menus and cocktail specials
- Act as an opening and closing manager where necessary

- has experience working in a fast-paced environment e.g. hospitality as a Junior Manager or Supervisor
- has experience in stock auditing and working towards company budgets
- holds superb communication skills
- displays attention to detail

- has passion to develop high performing teams and provide and deliver an exceptional customer service
