We have an exciting opportunity for a Food & Beverage Assistants to join the team.
The role will be hands-on ensuring excellent guest experiences at all times.
Main Duties
Hands-on role and will involve looking after guests throughout the day to looking after our fabulous wedding guests to serving amazing cocktails, wine and the perfect gin and tonic in the evening.
You should also be ready to assist other departments if needed to ensure the overall hotel vision is achieved.
Ensure that the agreed standards of service are consistently delivered across the department, and customer expectations are exceeded.
Ensuring a “can-do” attitude at all times
Identify and recognise the customer need and respond proactively to that need.
You will assist in the delivery of first class service for our wedding and events
About you:
· You will thrive being ‘hands on’ and delivering excellent guest experience
· You will ideally have extensive food and beverage experience gained in a similar role within high quality hotel or restaurants
· You will be passionate and professional in your work, organised and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
· You will be committed to delivering high standards at all times
· You will be a motivated team player
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £9.00-£12.00 per hour
