We understand hospitality can involve anti-social hours. All contracted staff who earn less than £36,000 full-time annual salary can earn up to an additional £3.00 per hour:
Sunday - Thursday from 7pm - 5am = extra £1.00 per hour
Saturday and Sunday from 5am - 7pm = extra £2.00 per hour
Friday and Saturday evening from 7pm - 5am = extra £3.00 per hour!
We also recognise everyone plays their part to provide amazing service.
On top of your salary you can earn up to £1,000 service charge per quarter (points based criteria for eligibility).

If you do live out, we offer a Taxi Policy and contribute towards your taxi to and from work outside of the designated bus times Monday - Saturday and all day Sunday.

- Preparation of dishes using fresh and local produce.
- Keeping to planned menus.
- Working with other team members to ensure the job is done.
- Ensuring hygiene standard are kept to the highest standard.
- Ensuring the restaurant is always ready for each service period.
- Taking pride in being responsible for helping to deliver high-quality food for our team.
- Working well in a busy kitchen and thrive under pressure, cooking for large numbers.
- Be a team player, communicating respectfully with the team.
- Be reliable, hardworking, trustworthy and passionate in your work.
- Deal with deliveries and stock rotation.
- Use our computer systems for food ordering.
- Fill out and take daily temperature checks.
- Follow all health & safety / COSHH protocol.

About You
- Should have some experience of working in a busy kitchen and thrive under pressure.
- Will be an excellent team player who can verbally communicate with a team.
- Have a lot of stamina/energy to keep up to speed during occasional hectic spells of business.
- Is reliable, hardworking, trustworthy and passionate in your work.
- Can prepare ingredients for a more senior chef.
- Can measure dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately.
- Can deal with deliveries and stock rotation.
