Position Summary:

We are looking for an established, working professional videographer. The freelance Videographer will be involved in all aspects of preparing and shooting branded video projects.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is driven to achieve results, while maintaining clear lines of communication with management and can adopt a flexible approach in a dynamic and agile environment. This is a freelance position which requires strong organizational, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment delivering high quality results according to the A Plus Creative brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prep Video Equipment for shoots
• Set Lighting for video shoots (advance pre-lighting and on-the-day)
• Camera Operating (including set up and use of stabilizers/gimbals)
• Audio Recording / Boom Operating
• Footage File Backup to A+ Servers
• Attending remote pre-shoot creative briefings

Requirements and Skills:

• We are looking for a candidate with 3+ years of professional videography experience.
• Experience using multiple camera systems.
• Demonstrated experience of Lighting for Video specifically.
• Experience shooting with Blackmagic Cameras is required.
• Experience recording audio for video.
• Showreel required.
• Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects and Davinci Resolve.
• Diploma or Graduate education in film or video from an accredited institution is considered an asset but not a requirement.
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Intermediate knowledge of Mac OSX environment, finder, images, folders
