Field Sales Representative - Award Winning Business + Fantastic Development and Growth Opportunities

Salary: £24,100 + bonus, Company Car

Territory: Walsall, Wolverhampton, North Birmingham and the surrounding areas

What we are offering you:

·Starting basic salary of £24,100 plus a quarterly and an annual bonus

·Fully expensed Company Car, Fuel card, Smart Phone and tablet, Daily lunch allowance and a monthly Broadband and Utilities contribution

·You will also receive a 53rd week payment (that’s an extra week pay pro rata at Christmas, *dependent on when you join the business)

·25 days holiday, plus the Bank Holidays as standard and with our flexi time process you can also take advantage of up to an extra 6.5 days off! We also offer summer hours where you can work to finish at 12pm on a Friday (cool hey?)

·Fantastic pension contribution whereKellogg will double your pension contribution up to a maximum of 12.5% meaning your pension could be up to 18.75% a month

·Monthly share scheme where Kellogg will match up to £125 worth of shares you buy each month (Max £250 worth of shares each month)

Here’s a taste of what you will be doing:

In your role there is NO COLD CALLING as you will be working with our Field sales managers to grow our relationships across your territories and our major retail stores. Your hard work and innovative solutions will help us land the Field Sales strategy in store, where you are empowered to make a difference every single day.As you manage and influence the customer relationship at a store level, you are also delivering the best results for Kellogg’s in line with the sales strategy. Working alongside the team as well as taking your own initiatives you will make an impact as you help us deliver and exceed annual business and individual targets across our top 4 grocery retail customers.

About you:

·An excellent communicator, influencing and being able to build rapport

·Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload effectively

·Positive and resilient attitude

·You should be able to excel at working both by yourself (as the role is home based) and in a team

·Desire and hunger to learn, develop and progress within the business

·A full UK driver’s license is required
